Finding Our Voices provides support and opportunities for woman-identifying individuals who have experienced or are experiencing unhealthy relationships with themselves and others to connect with peers over the course of 6 weeks. Participants will address the impact of healthy/unhealthy relationships, self-image, effective communication, shame and compassion all while “Finding their Voices”. Each session is approximately 1.5 hours long and includes experiential learning that allows participants to connect with the facilitator and each other.
