A specialized Fitness program, especially designed for individuals living with dementia and their care partner, is happening at the TransAlta Leisure Centre. Register and join in the fun of connecting with others living the dementia journey.

One 60 -minute sessions per week that includes:

· Social connection with a time to connect after the physical activity

·      Group physical activity for 45 minutes!
