This year to celebrate International Day for Persons with Disabilities, join us at the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre on Tuesday, December 3 from 1 PM to 8 PM. This free event will feature opening remarks at 2 PM with the passion for fashion show at 2:10 PM.

Vendor market from 1 PM to 7:30 PM.

Try Wheelchair Obstacle Course & Basketball from 3:30 to 5 PM.

Try Ringette for All (necessary gear provided) from 5 to 6 PM.

Watch the Edmonton Storm Sledge Hockey scrimmage with an opportunity to try the sledges from 6:15 to 7 PM.

The observance of International Day of Persons with Disabilities aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities.
