Event Details:

Earn while you learn! Save $250 during this 10-week financial empowerment program and earn $500. Explore your individual relationship with money and learn about savings, income and taxes, credit basics, budgeting, banking services and how to manage debt - all while saving towards your own financial goal. This course is facilitated by a trained financial coach from e4c and made possible through grants from the United Way. e4c is committed to working toward a vision of ultimately eliminating poverty.

Eligibility requirements: 

  • over 18 years old
  • must live in the greater Edmonton area (which includes Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and surrounding areas) 
  • identify as female (for grant requirements)
  • be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident of Canada 
  • have modest household income:
1 person   up to $34,393
2 persons up to $42,818
3 persons  up to $52,639
4 persons  up to $63,910
5 persons up to $72,486
6 persons up to $81,751
7 persons up to $91,018
