Whether its playing at local liveries, soft seat pubs and lounges, or rocking a local venue with her band “The Atta Boys”, to adorning the stage at Century Casino, Amie Weymes shines! Amie is born and raised in Ireland where her father introduced her to the greatest of classic rock and country and that’s what Amie cut her teeth on. After an extensive single/duo career in Ireland, Amie relocated to Edmonton in 2012 and has wowed E-town audiences since. A sultry yet powerful voice, Amie’s versatility and passion shine through, whether she’s performing rock, pop, country, or her Celtic favs.

Amie was a Nashville NorthStar Finalist at the Calgary Stampede 2013 where she was selected to compete by a panel of Judges from the Canadian Country Music Association. Amie was a top 6 finalist where she performed on the same stage as some of the biggest names in Canadian Country Music. As well as managing a solo/duo career she has been performing with her band, Amie Weymes and The Atta Boys for over seven years now.
